Tim Hortons - Gates-North Gates

I went on April 21, 2024, at around 10:50 am, through the drive thru. I wish I knew the staff names, they were wonderful, going above and beyond on our order. We took a little long to order but the staff were so sweet and patient despite it being quite busy. Unlike other locations I have been to, they had the order correct and well done. Highly recommend this location.

Just whent through the dive threw. Wanted an extra large black with cream and sugar on the side. With a culler. Came to $4.48. Got the coffee, no culler and $0.12 change for $5. ?

This location either needs new management or to be shut down lol. Every time I go there’s a problem. Their menu shows soup and fountain drinks, they don’t do soup or fountain drinks. 90 percent of the time I ask for a frozen drink they can’t make frozen drinks. Today I ordered a wrap, they can’t use the grill so I switched to a tuna salad, then I’m told they don’t have buns. I feel so bad for the poor workers having to constantly let down customers when it’s not their fault. Then when I do receive my meal it’s like a sprinkle of chips and the smallest little sandwich. The only reason I went here is because guidas is closed. They desperately need to get it together over there. Not great.

Go here to grab coffee on the way to work. the line is always short and the service is always fast and the staff are always friendly. This is rare in the world of fast food coffee shops!

If I could give 6 stars for service I would!!! I was craving Timbits, so I went to the drive thru and was greeted by Luis with a smile. He seemed to genuinely care about how I was doing and wished me well when handing me the box of Timbits.Thanks Louis, keep up the great work and never let anyone spoil your positive energy!!!
