The restaurant had no record of our reservation, which made our 'special occasion' less enjoyable as we had to wait while they tried to find us a table. Eventually, we were seated in very low chairs that weren't suitable for enjoying afternoon tea. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I really enjoy this place for a drink. I tried their afternoon tea, and while I couldn't find anything wrong with the service, I felt that £25 was a bit too pricey for what we received.
