Groovy Beast - Gastonia

Delicious!!! We worked for a month in the area and Groovy never came to Google. We found the restaurant through Tiktok. It was a good find!!

The burgers are flavored amazingly well! The gluten free buns they offer have a really good texture. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but calling ahead definitely helps! They are on the pricey side but it's not terrible if you get one of the lunch specials.

Absolutely delicious , served hot and fresh ! We got the patty melt and fries. My daughter got the hot dog basket with fresh fruit. It?s a nice restaurant, don?t overlook it just because it?s attached to the gas station. It?s two totally different businesses. The people are nice, welcoming even if your black.

Yea, it's attached to the Exxon station but, don't let that scare you off. The food, the service and the atmosphere are all excellent. Nice selection of desserts/cookies. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

This place was really good! The parm grits were delish. Service was good. The menu is kinda small but what we got was great and priced just right. No wait time either. I highly recommend this place!
