フィードバックを提供するIf I could give zero stars, I definitely would! I called to inquire about the status of my order and was hung up on the first time. The second time, the girl on the phone seemed lost and didn't know how to handle the situation. After being notified that my order was canceled, I called back to speak to a supervisor, but I wasn't even sure if he was truly a supervisor. He mentioned that the order was refunded and that they were going to charge me again. However, the money spent is now on hold for 24-48 hours, leaving me unable to repurchase anything. I am fed up with this company always messing things up. I would much rather eat at Papa John's because they value their customers.
The unsung heroes of Gaston, SC! I truly appreciate all the hard work they put in despite sometimes being short-staffed. They are always on point, and their pizza is addicting. This cannot be said for the new restaurant down the road. This line of work is often unappreciated, and some may feel entitled to perfect service even in difficult situations. In my opinion, Domino's is the best nearby in terms of quality and service. My best wishes to all the hard workers at our local Domino's. Keep up the good work! PS to upper management: Please give them a raise!
Honestly, this restaurant can be hit or miss. I've had amazing meals here, but also some of the worst. It really just depends on who is working that day.
Pizza is fresh and done in a timely manner. Great customer service
