Lobby closed for cleaning. Drive thru service had a long wait and poor customer service. Out of ranch for chicken and didn't tell us what sauces were available Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Don't even stop. Nasty place and horrible service. I dont think I've ever seen such pitiful service. Top it off with cold nasty food. Just don't. Trained monkeys could do better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This was our first time going to this A&W and it will be our last. Was at the drive thru for over 35mins and there was a single vehicle on front of me and the customer service was horrible! The lady at the window forgot our drinks and asked what we wanted and I told her a Dr. Pepper no ice and a Diet Coke, she snapped at me to tell me they had Pepsi products, and after 3 times still couldn’t bring us a Dr. Pepper with no ice.
