The service was excellent. The staff member at the counter attended to me quickly and professionally, ensuring my order was filled accurately. The store was clean and well-organized, and the employees were very friendly. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely return.

I typically visit this drive-thru, and I can confidently say that the customer service is consistently excellent and efficient. The staff recognizes their regular customers and always brighten my day with whatever I order. Just so you know, the night manager knows exactly how to run things and trains the team to succeed too.

This is my favorite DUNKIN' DONUTS for my coffee cravings! The team here is fantastic, offering quick and friendly service. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. The place is also very tidy and well-maintained. You should definitely give them a try!

My ice cream, Nutty Coconut had chunks of ice in it. The Mint Chocolate Chip was more like an Oreo ice cream with very little mint flavor. Also got a quart of Jamocha Almond Fudge. The quality and taste/texture of all the ice cream was more like ice milk. Very watery even though it was frozen. Asked to add a scoop in a cup once we got to the window and the clerk said 'I can 't take orders at the window '.???????? What happened to the quality at Baskin Robbins. No receipt given. I visited on 8/1/20 at approx. 7:35 PM. Not coming back, very disappointed.
