He was waiting for our food for half an hour. We were told there were some delays, but not to this extent. Food was thrown together and not well done. Some in our party were gone. Others in the party asked for a resolution or at least a small discount and we were told nothing could be done. Updated: The manager was friendly enough to discuss the situation and work to make things right. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism.
