Firehouse Subs Garner

This is genuinely the best sub shop I’ve ever visited. They layer the meat on the bottom, which I haven’t seen anywhere else, and it tastes fantastic. The meat is always fresh and piled high. One of the coolest features is their wide selection of hot sauces that you can use for free. Just be cautious with the extra spicy ones, as some are hot enough to leave you breathless! They also offer mild and medium options; I personally prefer the medium heat. It's a fantastic spot to dine in or grab something to go. You won’t be disappointed!

I've ordered from this restaurant several times, and it seems to be the same issue each time. Unless they want to stick strictly to the menu, they don't seem to accommodate special requests. If you ask for something like mushrooms, you might as well forget it—they won't include them. And as for mayonnaise? They've never gotten my order right. Not even once.

Great experiential staff was very nice and they allowed me to make my sandwich to salat? it was so good. I'm back.

The person who made my sandwich needs more training. I order an Italian. I enjoy Firehouse Subs, but I couldn't pick up this thing. Stuff just slipped out of the velvet. And no napkins in the bag. What a ****! This thing was so delicate with Mayo and whatever. $15 for a meal and yack. I never had a sandwich of them. Almost a pain in but eating.

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. However, the restaurant could benefit from a thorough cleaning.
