Local spartano, we happened by chance and we were really very satisfied! The arrosins are handmade, cut to the collar and cooked at the moment. perfect cooking, soft and tasty meat, accompanied with tomatoes of the vegetable garden and good beer! we were so satisfied that we bought a lot of it at home! surely among the best roasters eaten!
