Bacon barely cooked on sandwich, then I notice straw has a crack up, so I turn it around. At work, I notice that the now top stone is mangled after I sucked a plastic shard. Now numerous pieces of straw in the bottom of the cup just wait to throttle me. Straw was never clamped in cup and original packaging was not damaged. The straw company cuts corners with weak plastic or old straws that break. Not COOL.

We ordered two coffees, they were both wrong... we had a marble macchiato and they gave us a mocha macchiato... there wasn't even any milk in it, it was straight bitter coffee. We also ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino with cinnamon dolce and cinnamon powder, all we got was a vanilla bean frappuccino...and then on top of that they didn't even toast our bagel like every other starbucks usually does : I don't think we will ever use this starbucks again....

If I could leave 0 stars I would! If you want to wait in line for over 20 minutes this is the place to go! Seems like they only got 2 people running this place! It's ridiculous! Takes forever to get your drink! Do yourself a favor and avoid this Starbucks!
