Grandy's - Garland

The food is excellent, but the two guys working late at night lock the doors and turn off all the lights, including at the drive-thru. It felt really uncomfortable, and they made me feel bad for wanting to place an order. However, the food is still really good.

The food is decent, but my orders have consistently been incorrect, and the staff seems to lack care. I suspect this may be more about management than the employees themselves. Unless it's a busy period (which is quite rare), you can expect your food to be either wrong or not well-prepared.

The fried chicken was disappointing compared to what it used to be—dry and lacking in flavor. The corn was decent, but the mashed potatoes had an odd aftertaste, reminiscent of old butter.

The staff was awesome and the food was fresh and hot. Super clean place. The lady's bathroom was clean but needed soap.

Still has good old distinctive flavored recipes. Prices are reasonable. However friendly service will go a long way to promote the business.
