Applebee's Grill - Garfield Heights

I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant. It took over 40 minutes to be seated, and there was no host to greet us or inform us about the wait time. However, our waitress, Tierra, was fantastic! Unfortunately, the manager and the other staff members were unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would. Food rating: 1.

This has been our worst experience at Applebees ever. We waited at the very least 45 minutes on our food to come out. Couldn’t get a refill on drinks until the end. Had to get our own straws, napkins and silverware. We were brought another tables food that was just left at the table the whole time we were there. I got the core of the lettuce in my salad and the French onion soup didn’t come together. We asked for the bill and still had to run the waitress down for it. There were managers there, but didn’t seem to be helping their staff at all.
