Il Farinello - GARESSIO

We stopped here for a weekday lunch. It’s just off the main road that passes through Garessio and there’s plenty of parking. The main dining room is at the back so don’t be put off if it appears a bit spartan as you look through the window before entering. The dining room was busy and cozy. The menu was standard piemontese fare. They do pizzas in the evening as well, but not at lunch. We each had the mixed antipasti and it was really good maybe six or eight antipasti arranged on a big plate. We all had a pasta as primo and it was excellent. We did not have a secondo. One of us had a sweet and it was again excellent. The prices were very reasonable and the people friendly and welcoming.

Delicious, tasty, fresh food including local specialities. Friendly and easy going atmosphere. Affordable price and beautiful views. Well worth visiting! The desserts are not too be missed!

I went there with my wife while driving to Albenga. The pizza was very tasty, my wife ate pansotti and she was very satisfied, do not skip the dessert, the mousse zabaione e noci was amasing. The waitresses were very professional and offered a good service in a friendly environment.
