1. The menu had very limited options, and this has been the case during my last few visits at various times. 2. Our food took nearly 20 minutes to arrive, even though we didn’t order much. 3. If you're looking for a restaurant where the staff is loud, uses foul language, and is generally disrespectful to customers, then this is the place for you. It’s disheartening to see how far it has declined since my first job here. I wouldn't recommend it—save yourself the trouble.

Today 10-03-22 at 1005am. I was just informed that they would not be opening their doors due to the lack of workers and it would be a while before I can order. This is because she also mentioned they had a heavy order to go out. I don't know about you butthis is not good business

I can say I have never had a most horrible experience with fast food than this location. The employees cussing and fighting with customers and other staff. The roaches and mice droppings did it for me I will never return. From the reviews here and onFacebook show I am not the only one. I am no Karen and I know that there are pest in restaurants but when you see alot of them Ican say it will make you sick. There is post also that they dropped food on the floor picked it up and still served it to drivethru customers. In this world lots of people need jobs and alot need to be replaced and held accountable for their actions. Justtrying to help someone out from getting sick or having issue with staff that are employed at that location. It's no use to callcorporate office and complain they don't care as long as the revenue is coming in. So before you go just make sure you reallywant to take the risk for you or your family.

I ordered through the drive-thru and waited for my food to be prepared before it was brought to my car. When I checked my order, I realized that none of the side items I had ordered were included. I parked and went inside the restaurant. After a short wait, I received the items I paid for and then left.

The original recipe fried chicken was delightfully greasy—delicious! However, the biscuits were quite hard, and I didn't receive the half gallon of Dr. Pepper I ordered, but I did get a cup of cold Dr. Pepper. On a positive note, the chicken tenders were spot on. They were both tender and crispy, with a light buttermilk flavor that was just right.
