Ordered family meal of ribs and sides. For 12 bones we got two individual sized sides. Paid for an extra side for it to be individual also. Requested no pickles with the ribs just for the pickles to come on top of the ribs. They also missed our cheddar biscuits which were also specifically requested. Usually we order and pick up in person this time we door dashed. Won't make that mistake again bc the driver didn't check the food against the order. $56 plus a $10 tip for the driver and this is the mediocre food we got. SUPER disappointed.

My family and I will not dine and support this J&N again. Take out is always wrong and have to drive back and get food corrected. Last straw was we went in person. Watched my food sit at the window for 25 minutes. My mother in law ate her full meal before mine came. When I asked if that was mine she told me no but we watched her grab it and bring it to me after. I said it was stone cold and hard (potato) and she said “I’m sorry about that” but walked away. We immediately asked for the manager who said he was “new and cleaning house and Corp brought him in because this store was so bad” and would “refund our whole meal” never once got a refund. I ate the $30 and will stick to not stepping foot in this establishment again. Even more so with all the new food options.
