Been wanting to try The Green Olive out for the last few years, they 've been around for 10 years! Finally stopped by when we were next door at Sketchers. A walk up and order style restaurant with a tiny kitchen and a really spacious outdoor seating space, it 's enclosed with fans and I 'm sure during the winter months they bring out heaters to keep the space comfortable! Space is cool, flavors divine, somehow the quality is eh ... FOOD: GRAPELEAVES taste divine, though they 're a little dry. If I am to return I 'd just ask them to drizzle a little olive oil over it. FALAFEL yummy too, packed with flavor! SHORT GRAIN YELLOW RICE very savory however crunchy from being undercooked. PITA was cold and therefore hard not soft and flufffy. It 's strange I 'm usually able to put my finger on these things and I simply can 't seem to figure it out, ALL THE MEAT was well flavored and tasty, it 's either well marinated or simply well seasoned. Flavor being the highest priority during my ratings The Green Olive should be higher up on my list, I should technically love it but... I don 't. I barley found it edible. Mom actual enjoyed it and found it delicious. I didn 't want to ruin her experience with my opinions so I didn 't say much. However, It didn 't taste fresh, tasted like it was either reheated meat or it didn 't reach the right temperature during the cooking process. Again, I can 't put my finger on it and I don 't want to make inaccurate assumptions. I don 't feel like this is a one off situation though. Btw, the customer service is efficient, the cashier even ran the second register to keep the line flowing. Mira (the Egyptian cook, she flavors the meat I 'm not sure who cooks it though? Mira 's humble and friendly, I like her personality she made the experience feel authentic. Plenty of parking.

The restaurant is clean, offers excellent customer service, and serves flavorful dishes. I will definitely return. I'm so glad we chose to have dinner here. The staff is fantastic! You receive generous portions for your money.

This restaurant is fantastic! I went there with my dad, and we shared a plate that was more than enough for both of us (we're both 6'2" and weigh 170 lbs). I'm a huge fan of their beef. The food took a little while to arrive, but that was because it was freshly prepared! I also appreciated the great service; the woman who served us was incredibly nice. The atmosphere is really cool, and it wasn't crowded when we visited, plus they have a nice outdoor seating area. This has definitely become our go-to spot for takeout whenever we're in Carson. I give it a perfect 5 out of 5!

The service here is warm and personal, and the food is delicious with generous portions. What more can I say? Well, the parking can be quite challenging in the lot next door, which is shared with other businesses. I always feel uncertain about where I can park legally, as there are ominous towing signs all around.
