Yoshinoya Garden Grove

This restaurant has a slow food preparation process; it took us about 15 minutes to order just two gyudon bowls and some gyozas. The beef in the gyudon was underseasoned, which didn't complement the rice and vegetables well. We should consider trying other menu items to get a better sense of what this place has to offer.

I had the worst dining experience ever! First of all, I waited five minutes for the waiter to take my order. When my food finally arrived, he forgot my drink, my children's cookie, and the hot sauce I had requested. The restaurant was nearly empty, with no other customers in sight. When I got home, my daughter couldn't eat her food because the chicken was so hard, stale, and dry that she couldn't even take a bite. To top it off, my noodles were dry and stuck together; I couldn't even pull them apart. I drove 20 minutes to get this, and it was absolutely awful!

The portion sizes could be larger for the price of $10-11, and the Udom noodles were not cooked evenly. The meat and sauce were quite good, but I felt that the amount they served was a bit lacking.

Worst Yoshinoya in the Santa Ana Radius. This place was formerly family-oriented, better than that of 17th and Main in Santa Ana. Man in the car thru on his phone, unprofessional and very high attitude. I received half of my order with a hot pepsi on the side. When I asked for ice, the guy scrubbed his shoulders that put his phone down and no ice and closes windows. Management I hope you do something about it. 6/30/22 10:50.

Not only very rude , slow service, they gave my order out then when finally after waiting 40 more mins when i did receive my food not only were items missing they did not thoroughly cook my beef the steak was cold and the rice like one scoop i ordered two combos and the side of noodles was suppose to come on a bed of rice i received half a scoop of cabbage no rice . It eas gross and i will never return. Not to this one.
