Urban Location Boba Tea House Garden Grove

I ordered a 75% sugar jasmine milk tea and they let me wait for half an hour without telling me something. Only after I had waited so long and decided to ask about my order that they told me that they brew another Pax tea that is 75% sugar for me. You should have told me that from the beginning when they took my order so that I could not wait 30 minutes. Not even a single staff at the counter then offered me an apology, but they said it was my fault to do this order, and I would have known it alone.

[Updated review] Urban Location has really increased after a long time after it's okay. They redesigned their interior and added new drinks/gifts to their menu. Some good drinks tried to try ( didn't try many other drinks): your jasmine milk tea with low or no sugar. Fresh with a natural flower scent. The strawberry crack is also good. Strawberry and cheese foam taste quite fresh. Not too sweet, and the cheese foam always has so little saltiness. To improve things: consistency. One of the reasons why I stopped going regularly is the tea can be well or down right down watered sometimes (this is before its rebuilding) Matcha is not very good and can be unconsistent. It would be better if they could get their own bath.

The chicken was crispy and juicy, the fries that we are on point and their drinks are refreshing, there is something else for everyone to enjoy and the place looks like an avenue, I loved it! Definitely back.

Teas were great, well balanced and delicious. We got the Thai green tea and a regular oolong milk tea. Both were better than expected. We also got two of the chicken platters. They give you a lot of food for the price, and easily could have shared one between the two of us. A little disappointed in the aluminum tumblers but still use them.
