Parking is easy to find, though the lot can be tight, so avoid bringing a minivan. The service is incredible; the lady who assisted me was kind, and the kitchen staff prepared my meal beautifully and packaged it for takeout. I had read numerous reviews about the freshness of the ingredients, but I didn't truly grasp it until I took my first bite! It felt like I was enjoying something picked fresh from the garden. I ordered the #5 chicken teriyaki Bahn Mi and pho ga noodle soup. All I can say is that it transported me back to the streets of Hanoi. It was so good! Honestly, aside from one Bahn Mi I had in Hoi An, this was the best I’ve ever had in my life, especially in the U.S.! I highly recommend it for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I live in Orange but will gladly make the drive; I plan on being a regular here! Thank you for the delicious food!
I absolutely love this place! It's such an affordable option for vegan food. Every time I've visited, the employees have been helpful and patient. It's a small shop, but it offers a great selection of vegan frozen foods, including shrimp, chicken, and even eggs! They also sell vegan fish sauce and jerky, which is really cool and convenient. My go-to is the #4 banh mi (meatloaf), which costs $8 and is essentially a whole baguette all to yourself—it's huge! You definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend this spot to anyone interested in authentic Vietnamese vegan cuisine. 10/10!
This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in LA whenever we visit California. They serve the best vegan pork roll I've ever tasted. Although we haven't tried the food at the restaurant yet, I've heard that Thien Dang offers a great selection of vegan dried and frozen products. I also just learned that you can have them shipped to New Jersey, so I’m definitely planning to take advantage of that soon. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too.
We found this great vegan Banh Mi sandwich cafe and market thanks to Yelp.I've been hella craving a Banh Mi BBQ sandwich ever since the 7 Vegan Market in Orange introduced it but stopped selling it due to their new next door neighbor, Vegan Subs. Footlong sandwiches at a very reasonable price are made when you order. The #5 (Vegan Teriyaki Chicken) #6 (Vegan BBQ Chicken) are our favorites. We always get two of each...save one for later. Refrigerated drinks and made-to-order coffee or tea are available. Plenty of tables inside. They also have a to-go food buffet which they recently added the dish names. Can't wait to try the vegan fish dish.A ton of vegan meat substitutes and vegan seasonings that they have also finally added pricing. Employees are polite. They accept cash or credit card. Order catering in person; I don't think anyone checks their website order/messages.
I walked in to order 'phở ' to go ... knowing that this is a vegetarian establishment ... then was shocked when asked whether I want 'phở chicken ' or 'phở beef ' ... oh men I swear I will never go back to 'authentic phở ' ... from now on only 'phở chay ' !Food: 5/5
