Once we finally managed to sit down ourselves, we asked for beers again, and this time they agreed. However, we had to ask for more and were told they ran out – how can a restaurant run out of beer on a weekend? Then we tried to order food. We requested several dishes along with a hot pot, but they kept bringing us the wrong items. It took forever to get our order sorted out. When they finally served the hot pot, they only brought the pot and the broth, leaving out everything else. They let it boil for ten minutes before finally bringing out the vegetables and meat. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. It felt as if they were disorganized and didn’t care about their service. Honestly, I don’t know why we waited. The entire experience was chaotic, and I would only give them two stars. As for the person who recommended this place, I think they should reconsider their Yelp suggestions in the future.
We are still in the pandemic. Why is this restaurant not taking any safety precautions??. Their foods are of self-service buffet style where everyone uses the same serving utensils from the bins. The foods are not undercover at all. I do not recommend.

I came here to pick up dinner and was throughly impressed with the quality of their service and food. their hot pot is very flavorful and all the ingredients tasted fresh. their soup was especially very good compared to other hot pot places i've been to. not to mention the owners and servers are so sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommend coming here to support them!!
