Panda Express - Garden Grove

This location has never been so dead, the employees can do a better job to atleast smile during the whole interaction. manager was clueless on phone before they noticed

I feel like their adding to much veggies in the chow mein now so much celery, cabbage, and lettuce in it. But overall the staff is nice the rest of the food is delicious.

Im writing this review as I sit in the store disappointed and upset. I'm never coming back to this location. I gave this place 3 tries and every time I have been disappointed. They never have fresh food, there was absolutely no chicken in my orange chicken which is what i'm most upset about. If i'm paying good money to have decent food, it should at least be decent quality. I strongly recommend trying another place. The cashier and food server were both rude, with a very displeased look on their face both whispering to each-other while looking directly at us. Did not feel welcomed at all. Very sad atmosphere. This is why places go out of business, because the effort just isn't there. I would much rather try a mom and pop shop. Complete waste of money.

Horrible service. They sent the wrong order to us, we tried calling over 20 times in the span of 10 minutes to let them know , but they would not answer the phone. We had to call from a different number so they wouldn't recognize my phone number. When then did answer, they put us on hold for 10 minutes, then blamed the door dash guy for their mistake. In the end they would not send us our food, they said all they could do was refund our money. So we didn't get our food and they tied up $76 of my money for 7 business days. These people are absolutely worthless!

A very delicious and healthy alternative, where you can find a great variety of dishes at an excellent price.
