Pizza Sur Le Zinc - Gap

The pizzeria is a small workshop in which Serge Sergio, Italy, and Eve prepare pizzas to take away, says in France. We drove past this place on our way back home from the coast and were very hungry. Serge and Eve are a finely tuned team and offer an extensive menu of pizzas and bruschettas with some interesting, mouth-watering topping combinations. The waiting time was normal for wood fired pizzas and they both were delicious with a perfect crust. We would definitely stop there again for a roadside meal.
