Shimpsalad is one of the best I had, exciting touch with wasabi dressing giving the right sour balance and spicinesd to it. Soft bun. Cozy place, can be slightly loud. Many children here.

I enjoy the setting close to the library and their generous salad buffet that comes with their lunch offering. Nice outdoor seating area.

Cozy place to get coffee and a quick bite next to the Uppsala city library. The inside is rather small but warm and inviting. Outdoor seating place are available too, but sadly it was raining when we visited Not much vegetarian options, but ended up ordering vegetarian lasagna which did not disappoint! It was creamy and well-seasoned. They also have ice cream in the summer.
