The customer service at this restaurant was extremely lacking. Despite our attempts to order a coffee, we were completely ignored by the staff. When we were eventually served, the staff were impolite and did not use basic manners such as saying please and thank you. I do not tolerate disrespect and rudeness. As a local, I will not be returning to this cafe.

Excellent coffee and great food with very friendly staff. Lovely chicken pesto wrap, chicken, pesto, peppers and goats cheese on focaccia. Followed by a tasty mint square. Would highly recommend

I adore this cozy cafe in the neighborhood. The food is delicious, the staff is excellent, and they are always so welcoming, even when they're busy. We keep coming back for breakfast and lunch.

I have always enjoyed visiting this charming café in Galway for a nice cup of coffee and a light snack. The staff has always been friendly and the coffee consistently good. However, on my most recent visit, I was a bit let down. There was a sign indicating that the café would be closing at 4pm due to staffing issues. Despite it only being 3pm, we decided to pop in and order some coffees and scones. Unfortunately, within ten minutes of being served, the staff began clearing away the food display and menus, and started cleaning the floors. While I understand the desire to close on time, it created a less than pleasant atmosphere for enjoying our treats. Many other customers who came in looking for food were also disappointed to find out that only takeaway coffee was available. I worry that this practice may drive away customers, even if they manage to hire more staff in the future. It's still a great spot for lunch or a morning break, but I will avoid visiting after 2pm in the future.
