フィードバックを提供するI hate to give Rudy and Paco 4 stars, but my main course was a great miss, and our waiter was very lazy and not personal at all. I have the Grouper Special. It should be a creole sauce on top, but it was a tomato base sauce that totally exaggerated the grouper. The green beans on the side were literally not seasoned. The potatoes were great. $48 was wasted. Pretty expensive for a piece of grouper you couldn't even taste. My wife had empanizado the pollen. It was great! Very recommended. We also shared the crab cake that was fantastic. The waiter was very pushy to take our drink order, the food order, and clearly wanted to turn the table around. He was diligent, but obviously our experience has not taken care of at all. We usually love this place, but I think between my main course is a great miss, and the waiter, we will not return to Rudy and Pacos.
Went here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The restaurant had delicious food and drinks. The vibe was romantic and perfect for our celebration. Shout out to Micah for the excellent service tonight. He was attentive and very helpful.
If you're ever in Galveston check this place out. I highly recommend you make reservations. This was our first time and we will be back. Everything was excellent! My husband had the ribeye and I had the grouper with crab meat both entrées came with a salad (I forgot to take a picture of the salad). For appetizers we had the crab cake and crab bisque. We are doing dry January so no wine and no dessert.
Rudy Paco?s was an absolute DELIGHT! From the 5-Star Service, to the exquisite food? 100% recommended! We had a rather large party, Paco his staff took care of everything effortlessly! We will definitely be dining here again in the future. Thank you guys!
My wife and I visited Rudy and Paco last night for the first time based on the recommendation of our friends at church. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed a lobster tempura appetizer along with a red blend wine known as Prisoner . For our entrée we had the plantain encrusted snapper along with a side salad with bleu cheese dressing. For dessert we had the lava cake with vanilla ice cream and coffee. Our server Franco was very attentive. All in all we had a very memorable evening and we will definitely return.
