Mcdonald's - Galveston

My experience was in a busy Saturday night and has to say big line but moving fast. quality in service was good and my eating was exquisite.

Exactly what they expect to be a mcdonald. in general clean, fast and accurate. Probably it is the best on the island. They are very busy during the tourist season as they are directly on the main road. Nevertheless, even if they are packed, they get them through pretty fast and especially the order right. nothing is worse than coming home to find something that is missing.

This restaurant is conveniently located in a bustling area of downtown Galveston, just a block away from the beach. It tends to be busy, but during my visit on Sunday I was particularly impressed by a certain employee. Antoinette Walker, my server that day, is a tall, poised black woman with a warm smile and inviting demeanor. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of during my visit. There was a bit of a hiccup during my first visit when an order was lost in the register, causing a delay in service. However, Antoinette handled the situation with grace and professionalism, explaining the issue to me afterwards. It's clear that fast food establishments are facing staffing challenges, but employees like Antoinette truly shine in their roles. Despite the frustrating situation, she remained calm and composed, making the experience enjoyable overall. I have experience working in customer service myself, so I understand the stress that can come with handling long lines and difficult situations. Antoinette's professionalism and positive attitude truly set her apart as a valuable employee.

This McDonald's is great. Even though I've never eaten inside, their drive-thru service is consistently good and efficient. The reviews were accurate. I always get their ice cream, which is better than other places I've tried.

The food at this restaurant is incredible, but the service was lacking. I requested a spicy chicken sandwich, but was given a crispy chicken sandwich instead. While the sandwich I received was decent, I was disappointed that I did not receive the item I had ordered.
