Hearsay On The Strand Galveston

The food was dry and not good. The waiter was helpful. The food compared to the price of it is not worth the trip.

Great restaurant. Been to other locations and this one was just as good

Brought my meal out 20 minutes after husband got his food. Barely an apology. Food was good just husband’s was cold because we wouldn’t eat while I didn’t have mine.

Food wasn’t good and the server acted like he couldn’t understand our requests. Just disappointed with the entire experience

The dinner was for my twins Sweet 16. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the evening weather. There was one waiter who serviced the entire upstairs causing him to be very slow and unorganized. He brought requested items like straws, salt pepper, etc one at a time. My dish was literally cold to the touch once arrived and yet both of my twins steak was hard and crispy on the outside although ordered true medium.A bday dessert was offered but only 1 per table although they are both celebrating as twins. At that point they were both disappointed and just wanted to leave.I was disappointed as the service and food as always been wonderful. But on all of occasions to disappoint, it was a huge fail.
