Carl's Jr. - Gallup

We usually go to Carls Jr for burgers and chicken strips. This time I ordered the new BLT chicken sandwich, and I must say it is quite disappointing especially for the price. We waited for our order for over 20 minutes, just to discover a Puny piece of chicken between the bungalows. Honestly, I think I'm staying with Wendys or KFC's chicken sandwiches.

The customer service is decent. The food is prepared fresh to order, and the fries are crispy and served hot.

The food we ordered was good, nothing exceptional, but the service was outstanding. The staff member, who I believe was named Able, came right up to our car to deliver our food. He asked if we needed anything else and wished us a nice day. Usually, employees just drop off the order and leave, but his attentiveness made a big difference. It was quite windy, so I hope I got his name right, but he really was fantastic! You don't often come across service like this anymore. We'll definitely be returning!

The salad is not shredded, which I really appreciate. The meat is juicy and has a genuine grilled flavor, unlike some other places that have an off-putting smell and a tough texture. I also prefer this over the shredded salads you find at McDonald's. Great job! Plus, the staff is really friendly.
