The ambiance is lovely, tucked away in what feels like someone's cozy, romantic basement. I really enjoyed the candles they lit. However, they did charge us for water, which I assume means they only serve bottled water. Overall, the food was delicious, although the calamari didn't quite do it for me. My favorite dish was definitely the drunken mushrooms.

This restaurant is the best kept secret! It is alway our favorite special occasion place to go. The menus is short but everything is made right there from scratch!

Very good. 4.5 stars worth of goodness rolled into one review. The location is obscure. A bit hard to find but once you find it, you won't regret it. You walk downstairs and the restaurant is there. It's a very intimate and romantic feel. I felt like I was on a date... with myself. Hearing that the Italian wedding soup was good, that's what I wanted. They were out. So I settled for their cavatelli and chicken soup. Fantastic. Got some of their homemade garlic bread. Did not disappoint. For my entree I got the chicken parm. Comes with spaghetti and meat sauce. The chicken was alright not terrible, the spaghetti was super. Sauce was a bit rich but doable and I didn't make a mess out of myself. The bill in the end was a bit high, but I get it. It's a place of culture and atmosphere. I would definitely give this place another go. I really enjoyed it. It's a little secret, but I can't help spreading the word.
