Dq Gallipolis (dairy Queen)

My father and I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 milkshakes. My father was VERY UNHAPPY with his strawberry milkshake because he said that it wasn't real icecream,but powered frozen yogurt. Also his milkshake had flakes of strawberry in it and he almost got choked on it. Never again!!

The cashier could not figure out how to properly ring up our order, my drink was messed up, and mine and my friends burgers were also messed up. When asked to fix the burgers, they threw a cold piece of cheese on my burger, and just removed the pickles from my friend’s, but gave her the same burger back.

Bad services, received wrong order twice, took forever to get an ice cream cone. Will not go back.

When you say your closing at certain time then close at that time and not 30 minutes before thanks for waiting my time and gas!!!!!!!!

Good experience. Good customer service, fast, and the banana split blizzard was on point!!
