フィードバックを提供するI just want to mention that my experience at this restaurant was terrible! Firstly, it took a while for someone to take our order, which I can understand due to possible short staffing. However, my issue was with our server, Tim. I ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo, to which he responded with a disrespectful remark. When I asked for sauces at the window, he had an unprofessional attitude and seemed reluctant to provide them. Furthermore, my sandwich was made incorrectly, missing key ingredients like cheese and bacon, and had toppings I didn't ask for. The other burger I ordered was overcooked. It seems like Tim may not enjoy his job, and perhaps he should consider finding a new profession.
I checked my bag before leaving the restaurant and noticed that one of my containers of cheese sauce had spilled because the lid was not secure. I returned the bag and when I arrived home, all the sauce was gone and the container was still empty. This was disappointing, especially considering the high cost of the food.
They don't go to the breakfast. they will give you what you did not order. I don't want to do it because I don't like it, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, they gave me one sausage and put everything else than huh, if only two should be huh, didn't give the right drinks, tried not to give us a straw and the woman who served us very naturally did not want to do her job.
Was told it would be 15 mins due to a $50 order in front of me. I told them I would wait, two mins later she comes back on the speaker and asks me if I am going to wait? Like I was bothering her by waiting for some reason. They don't car if they have your business or not. Maybe I should give them the same treatment when I bolt their wheels back on there car at work. Crazy.
On 05/10/22 at 12:26 pm, I visited Wendy's located at 233 W Main St, Gallatin, TN 37066. I paid in cash using ticket number 3179. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 Biggie Bags, specifically requesting three separate bags. Despite asking for this multiple times, my order came all together in one bag at the window. When I asked for it to be fixed and placed in separate bags, the staff seemed unhappy. Upon checking the bags, I found only 1 nugget in one of them. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed that the nuggets had fallen out. After checking all the bags and finding no additional nuggets, I informed them of the issue. They gave me another order, saying this time I would just receive one bag and could split it up myself. There is no excuse for being rude to a customer in this manner.
