O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Gallatin

I had a disappointing experience. The potato skins were burnt at the edges, and the fries were overly greasy, as if they'd been soaked in salt. Even the chicken tenders were too salty. I recommend looking for a better place. My waitress wasn't very attentive, and I had to wait a long time for my check.

Ocharley's food is so good and the reels are a 10!! I usually make my order online and use Curbside pickup so I can enjoy Ocharleys while watching my shows! My orders are 95% always correct

The staff was wonderful. My baked potato wasn't hot. I ordered unsweet tea but sweet. The rolls were not good at all they were dry, tough and not hot. If the rolls I was served today is what you have changed to. Someone has made a really stupid decision. Why would you change the rolls everyone loved for the new ones that are not good at all. I'm assuming the new rolls are dirt cheap. That's the only reason that makes any sense. Another way of screwing the customer. You've already raised the prices.

We had a pretty good dining experience. Considering Gallatin was busting at the seams, the night we chose to go out. We had 7 people and our server, Steve, brought almost everything we requested with a big smile on his face. ?

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. It wasn't crowded when we went, which was on a Thursday at 5 PM.
