フィードバックを提供するWe stopped by for dinner and received a warm welcome. There was a server who attended to all the customers. After placing our order, the waiting time was comparable to other restaurants. I ordered the 6oz sirloin cooked medium rare, and I'm pleased to say that it was cooked perfectly. Delicious! The salad was a bit overdressed, but I prefer to have the dressing on the side. Overall, the service, food, and cleanliness were all excellent. Feel free to ask any questions!
If I had no stars. The first problem was that it was needed forever to get our food. When we got it, it was not only wrong, but it burned the wood chips from the salmon. Said our server and she said the manager said it was only salmon from the grill? It was definitely not. My food should be on potatoes and put them on rice. Give me the wrong sauce for my food that should be creamy and it was so spicy that it burned our mouth. My mom's food was cold and burned. Tell our server that we didn't want the food and took it off. Manager got her food before she took it out of our bill. Then we were charged for one soup and our drinks. Manager never came to the table or apologized. This place needs better management or it's going under fast. We definitely won?
Made order by doorstep. Order for steak and mushrooms, sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, green beans and rolls. Order comes as pictured. They were so kind to add document paper to my steak along with a touch of what I hope to peel potatoes. No mushrooms, cutlery or any other request. When I called to let the management know, the lady who answered just put the phone on me. I don't usually do that and I was just looking for an apology and that the staff is notified that this is not how to send out food. Instead, I'll be suspended. I know that much won?t happens with my rating, but I am a person looking at reviews and if you are someone who doesn't like to waste your hard earned money. I recommend spending it elsewhere.
The service was satisfactory overall. However, the server kept bringing the wrong order to the customer. On the positive side, she was attentive. I ordered the half-ribs with sweet potato and salad, but unfortunately, the ribs came out cold. Thankfully, the server quickly got me some hot ribs afterward. My granddaughter enjoyed the chicken strip meal; she said it was excellent.
This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Logan's. The service was terrible—not only were they short-staffed, but the employees present were inattentive as well. We waited a long time to be seated, even though the restaurant was empty, and it took more than half an hour to get our food. Our drinks remained empty, and my child's milk was spoiled. However, when the food finally arrived, it was mostly correct and did taste good.
