Buffalo Wild Wings - Gallatin

The company I own Graves Cleaning solutions made the last clean after their newly renovated business come and enjoy some hot Buffalo Wild Wings in a clean rebuilt environment

Really Slow service.One couple who arrived at the same time got up and left before they even got their drinks. The server forgot to give us napkins. No big deal. We found some by the iced tea station. The Food was cold. My husband could have used a refill but none offered. It seems like a little thing but We noticed the windows and the entryway were really really dirty. There was trash out front. You can?t always help things like this but some of this stuff looked like it had accumulated over time. My husband didn?t get correct change back but we were ready to leave so we didn?t challenge it. Everyone can have an off night and we may have come in after a busy day but none of this made a good impression. It may be an issue with staffing but we saw several wait staff around. We might try it again sometime because my husband likes wings but We hope you guys might have a team meeting and discuss some of these issues.

It was one hour before close 33 minutes before last call with a party of six. The beer was crisp and tasted great. A 20 wing, 10 piece wing ,onion rings, fries, and 5 beers and our waiter was on point from the drinks to bringing out the food and not rushing us. Would definitely go again

I enjoyed the food very much. Our waitress was very respectful and patient. She was very helpful. I'm definitely coming back soon. As for the food it was a all American burger which was excellent. The flavor was outstanding. Thanks buffalo wild wings for making my day special

I give them a ?B? grade. The double burger patties were great. Plenty of meat. They did forget the buffalo sauce on the buffalo bleu burger. Wings were spot on as always. Video review coming to Jack on the go show on YouTube.
