Uncle Billy's Bakery - Galesburg

The Carriage House Bakery was very good. They had a nice selection of cookies and lots of pie.

I recently visited a delightful restaurant that offers a fantastic selection of baked goods. The menu featured ginger cookies, chocolate folds, thumbprint cookies, and peanut butter chocolate chip treats. The variety of breads was impressive—truly a paradise for bread lovers! There were also delicious pies to indulge in. Plus, the dining area has been expanded, providing a comfortable space to enjoy your meal. Overall, a wonderful experience with so much to offer!

I absolutely love Uncle Billy and Cornucopia! These businesses are true gems in Galesburg. The owners are genuine and kind-hearted individuals who are deeply committed to their community. It's truly one of my favorite places! Plus, their homemade food and the wide range of items in their charming shop are just incredible!

The quality of the food is excellent, but the prices are getting to a point where we may not visit as frequently. Paying $13 for four items to take home for breakfast feels a bit steep. Unfortunately, cost is a significant consideration for us.
