Terrible customer service. Ask to sub my fries for another side and a lady named fizza gave me a terrible attitude. 0% care for what I as a customer wanted and no effort to even just charge me for the side . Her response was ‘how you gonna tell me what we do. We don’t do that. “ I responded I’ll just come in and handle this and she responded “that ain’t gone change nothing”

The fingers tasted like the grease needed to be changed.

Warning!!! Horribly Service... I share a photo of employe who were spitting out the burgers. Completely durty.

The parking lot is ridiculous. It looks like it has NEVER been picked up. Trash is also at the pickup window. I thought I had ran over something, found out I did. Friendly staff, but the parking lot is a hot mess!!!
