Bojangles - Galax

I don?t like leaving bad reviews but my brother came in and got a bad meal and the next day I came in and we were missing biscuits from our combos. I just want you guys to figure something out and not let this bojangles turn into another subparrestaurant

Just ordered my food in line. 3 pc chicken meal. I got 1 tiny leg and 2 sorry wings. Which were suppose to be 1 leg and 2 thighs. No silverware to eat my Cole slaw with and no napkins. Worst meal I ever ordered there. I buy there all the time.

No issue with food. but this is the second time Ive ordered, and they dont give me all my stuff. very disappointing

They constantly "forget" parts of your order! this time NO bo rounds with the Combo order.

The food at this restaurant is usually pretty good, but my recent visit was disappointing. I found that my breakfast biscuit was missing, and someone in the kitchen mistakenly added a slice of tomato to my sausage biscuit instead of the gravy biscuit. With inflation making dining out more expensive, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with my order not including a biscuit. Is it too much to expect to receive everything I paid for?
