Sin Grin - Gaithersburg

The service was quite poor, and the portion sizes have definitely shrunk while prices have gone up significantly. I understand the challenges surrounding shrinkage, but it seems like Sin and Grin has taken it to heart. As for the overall experience, as mentioned, the service left much to be desired. The owner appears to be seeking a particular type of server rather than opting for those with more experience and skills. Unfortunately, my friend and I have already given this place a try, but from now on, we will be looking for dining options elsewhere.

The food and ambiance were fantastic, but the highlight of our experience was our server. I've never met anyone quite like him—despite not focusing on the customers, he still brought a smile to my face. I would return just to see him again. It's so rare to encounter someone who genuinely loves what they do!

The Steak Fajita Burrito was large and cooked perfectly. It was flavorful, but it could have used a bit more heat. Next time, I'll request extra jalapeño paprika.

Fantastic lunch in Sin Grin today. The chips and salsa were fantastic, like the Burrito and the Tacos. I had the Mediterranean salmon speciality and it was phenomenal. All this was cut off with great service. Very recommended.

Food is decent, but catering with these folks is a nightmare. I came into the restaurant and discussed what we needed for our small event, and the manager said they would have the confirmation to me same day and I can pay up front. Sounds like a plan, right? WRONG. I called two more times over the next few days asking for the confirmation. Never received anything despite her promises. It?s now the day before my event and they are closed, not answering the phone. I have no idea if they?re planning to deliver tomorrow. If the owner sees this, please cancel my order.
