Potbelly - Gaithersburg

I was at Potbelly Rio on March 2 for dinner and I applaud the manager Audrey. She kept calm with an angry customer who ended up becoming a thief.

Friendly employees, best milkshakes, and very delicious sandwiches.

Ordered from Ubereats. Very clear ordering instructions they messed everything up. Pretty nuts since it was so clear. So disappointed. Everything was covered in oil obviously not on the list of ingredients or my modifications. And where was the chicken? They definitely phone it in. Thankfully Ubereats refunded but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The hassle of getting your money back for Potbelly’s laziness is insane. Don’t do it.

Ordered online for delivery to work place. Delivery was 20 min late. Sandwiches had no flavor, little meat (Italian). Bread was soggy. Overall I would give 0 out of 5. Not worth the

The people working here are attentive, accommodating, and helpful. Service is fast and the place is always well stocked. I come here regularly.
