Pizza Boli's - Gaithersburg

There's always a bunch of little mistakes at this Boli's but this last time got to me. I waited 1 hour for a pick up order, Large Pizza and Breadsticks, only for it to be messed up. They didn't apologize for the wait and when I got home and called to complain about the mistake they wanted me to come back in and waste more time. I refused so they wanted picture proof before doing anything (annoying but sure I guess). Afterwards they tried to say the picture shows I got the right order and that it didn't take long, I had just left. I was sitting there on my phone since I got there! In the end they wouldn't even refund my card, they just gave me credit for another order. I worked in food service for years so I get mistakes happen. But this place just has too many too often, and they handle things terribly.

All right. Inside is functional... Staff are okay. The take-out food bag is a bit doubtful, although the sandwich is well packed. The pommes are not pommes, it is the kind that has a layer on the outside. I have the sandwich special. Maybe the pizza is better, but the sandwich is okay.

Customer experience was really good. I went in there at midnight and ordered a first-class cheese steak. It was aiiight, I expected a much more gangster sub. Nothing I'm begging about. I'd probably NOT get a cheese steak from them again, but I would give him another chance and a cake next time.

Last time I came to this restaurant for yrs I was there the female manager was rude n tried to me a burnt pizza today I went into had the pleasure to speak with Nina amazing customer service skills n my pizza was not burned thnk u nina they need more staff like Nina Pizza was great wing on Point nina was great

The food here is absolutely terrible, the salad contained nothing but lettuce and one pepper. The pizza was also just awful and so was the lasagna. Do not order from this sorry excuse for a restaurant if you want to enjoy what you're eatting! Literally the worst pizza place I have ever seen!
