"Amazing! The staff at the food truck were incredibly friendly, energetic, and entertaining to chat with. They let us sample their special drink, the vegan passion, which was delicious! It definitely should be added to the menu. We also tried the vegan chicken sandwich and it was incredibly tasty! Thank you for adding a great touch to our day!"

I visit Gainesville every couple of months to see my family, and I discovered this place on Google and decided to give it a try. The staff, especially a person named Alex (I think), were fantastic, although I'm bad with names haha. The food was delicious. My partner and I make sure to visit every time we're in town. The vegan options are amazing.

Big Bruh is on point every time! Outstanding customer service and a fantastic menu. It's a top-notch experience that you must try. Great options for beginners too. Keep up the good work! I started with the Surf 'N Turf last time, but this time I tried the Vegan Cowboy (BBQ jackfruit burger with fried pickles) and sweet potato fries with vegan cheese and buffalo sauce. Wash it all down with a refreshing rosemary-infused blueberry lemonade.

Dear the vegan gator! had their cauliflower wings and rosmarin infused Blueberry-Limonade today supported on a food truck festival the ronald mcdonald house and they were both of the charts! my man smiling and fries and they were both delicious. they are definitiw not disappointed and everyone has to check them!

Wow! Absolutely fantastic! It was a very simple and pleasant process to order at the little tow-behind trailer (parked on the north side of 8th Street and just slightly east of the Flashbacks Thrift Store). We ate at the open-air wooden table nearby. Tried a couple different burgers and both were remarkable in their own way. I enjoyed chatting with the owner/operator also. Seems to really relish his craft.
