Scuola Pizza - Gainesville

I had an amazing lunch today from BRAVO School thanks to DoorDash! I ordered a chicken pita wrap and chicken florentine, and they were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth every penny. Thank you so much!

The bread had minimal toppings, but it tasted great. Next time, I should order extra cheese.

I decided to branch out and try something different for dinner tonight by ordering from Scuila, a new restaurant for me. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The pizzas had undercooked onions and bell peppers, canned mushrooms, and tasted like they could have come from a frozen pizza box. The saving grace was that the cheese sticks were tasty.

Exellent lasagna, different from American style. Very traditional flavor! It may come off as a little sweet to some, I imagine it is made with a bechamel sauce which traditionally contains nutmeg. This gives it a good depth! :

One of the best pizzas ive ever had and the moussaka was absolutely divine.
