The food was cold, the rice was undercooked, and the overall quality was not what I'm accustomed to.

The Veggie Spring Roll was a delight with its crispy exterior! However, my bowl, which included chow mein, vegetable fried rice, and super greens, fell short. Everything lacked any sauce or seasoning, resulting in a bland taste. The noodles were tough and chewy, while the rice was overly dry. The greens were cooked well but also lacked flavor. Overall, the bowl was excessively dry.

The spring veggie spring rolls were uneatable; one of them had no filling at all and was just a crunchy mess of batter. The sweetfire chicken was clearly old and unappetizing. I managed to take three bites but couldn’t eat any more. This was a complete waste of my money. I've never had a problem with this restaurant before, but this order was so unacceptable that I felt it was important to bring it to their attention.

I have to say I'm quite disappointed with this place. I visited today and was told it would take about 10 minutes for a proper portion, but they surprised me by bringing it out in just two minutes. Unfortunately, the meat was very underwhelming in size. During my last two visits, I encountered a lot of burnt pieces, low meat content, and mediocre side dishes. The rice was particularly lackluster in both color and flavor, and the fried rice I ordered had hardly any carrots in it— it should have been labeled as just plain rice. Overall, not a great experience.
