I’m new to this area and I really appreciate this McDonald’s location. French fries were nice and fresh-hot... order was made correctly. We had our food in a good timely manner and staff is courteous and patient.

Went to drive thru gave me wrong order, cashier said, here you go, not thank you. No receipt. I called to them and I got an answer machine for me to leave a message. Doesn't sound like a professional business. very disappointed..

Got breakfast from here this morning. I wanted an iced mocha, no additional flavor, and they argued with me saying I HAD TO have an additional flavor. I worked at a McDonald's before moving down here and know that this is not the case. I resorted to a caramel mocha and it tasted HORRIBLE! My Egg McMuffin also had a sandy texture to it, which was odd. I'm impressed they remembered to take the Canadian bacon off. When someone called to complain (my whole family's order was messed up somehow), nobody answered the phone. Guess I'll be going out of my way for another McDonald's if I ever have the desire to eat McDonald's again. Thanks for nothing.

Maybe because I'm doing this out of anger and impatience. I ordered through Doordash, and the McDonald's here forgot my pancakes when it's a BIG BREAKFAST. I've called several times (no seriously 10x) and they hang up or never pick up. My friends food (mcgriddle) was literally black crisp burnt on the back. This was the worst food ordering and service.
