Been going since day one. All staff has a welcoming personality and a genuinely want your experience at krootz to be great. The beer and food are top of the line in taste and ingredients.. constantly improving and pushing to keep a very quality restaurant in town for deserving folks! Kid friendly, parking, live music and weekly karaoke events..

We stopped at Krootz as we passed through town and I’m so glad we did. The Reuben sandwich was the best Reuben I’ve ever had! The lemon lime Rita and the coffee Rita were amazing as well. The staff was over the top helpful, the owner was friendly and so appreciative. Don’t miss this gem!

I was searching for a dog-friendly restaurant in our area (we're from Whitesboro) when someone recommended Krootz. We decided to take our dog, Powder, along for our weekly date night to give it a try. The staff and everyone there were incredibly welcoming to Powder; he received so much attention! They even brought him his own dog bowl for water and some dog treats! We will definitely be returning! Kenya was fantastic and truly enjoyed pampering Powder.

We also had our 9-year-old son with us, who ordered chicken nuggets and fries with a side of buffalo sauce. He rated the nuggets a 10 out of 10 and declared the buffalo wing sauce (spicy) to be the sauce of his dreams. Trust me—he knows his wings! Additionally, their homemade fries are perfectly seasoned little bites of heaven, which made it a shame that we were too full to try the loaded bacon jam fries. But that’s okay; we’ll definitely be back! Overall, if you’re in doubt about trying Krootz, just hop in the car and pick me up on your way! This place is truly amazing!

Perfect lunch spot on the way to the casino from DFW. Nice selection of ice cold beers. Food menu is extensive with a large selection of appetizers. Would recomend the loaded fries. Burgers are your best bet here with a fresh bakery bun. Local atmosphere and vibe make this a must stop.
