Lunch on a sunny Saturday at Firebirds was very pleasant. We sat outside and was served by Isaiah who was exceptional. I have been to other Firebirds locations but the service at the Gainesville location was worth commenting about. The food was disappointing. I ordered the grilled chopped cobb salad only to have the chicken that was supposed to be wood grilled delivered to me ice cold. I then returned the chicken to the wait staff and requested it to be served hot only to have the chicken returned to me fried loaded down with grease. The grease on the chicken was so heavy that I ended up sick. Never will patron this restaurant again. Service: Dine in
