Taco Bell - Gahanna

I typically wouldn't write a review for Taco Bell, but I have to commend the two employees who were working on the evening of Sunday, May 29th. They were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. When we noticed that our order was incomplete, they immediately picked up the phone to address the issue, despite how busy it was. Their prompt service impressed us greatly. They definitely deserve a raise!

The Taco Bell locations in Obetz and Canal Winchester could learn a thing or two from this Gahanna location. My experience was surprisingly excellent—something I never thought I’d say about a Taco Bell! The food was hot, the service was great, and I felt that paying nearly $8 for my meal was worth it. However, when I opened the cherry gordita crunch I ordered, the salad and cheese fell out because it was so stuffed!

We went to the drive thru for a quick bite to eat and an ice cold drink. It might take us minutes, and we were back on the road to end our conquests. Friendly staff

I always order the crispy tacos, and they consistently arrive fresh and delicious. The drive-thru service is excellent as well!

I’m not gonna lie, there have been times where I wasn’t crazy about the service. But today I was in and out super quick, and the food was great. Some great people working at this location. :
