フィードバックを提供するWent for ice cream on a Thursday with the kids. They locked the doors at 7 pm (door says open until 8 pm) and asked me to drive through for ice cream. No thanks!
They always want to close the inside and suck at drive thru, order’s always
We happen to like Baskin Robbins Hot Fudge sauce, but the quality of their ice cream does not compare to Graeter’s. That being said, they would NOTsell me a container of only their sauce, even when I offered to pay for a sundae made with only hot fudge! They are worried about their supply, but if I’m willing to pay for it, what is their problem. Another instance of poor management that will eventually lead to their demise. Instead of a happy and potentially repeat customer, you sell nothing, and lose future revenue.
Closed at seven o'clock even though hours say it should be open till eight. Wasted time driving there!
The food is good and the staff is friendly. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner.
