This is a place where from the moment you step in , you realize that it will be a positive experience . Lost in the middle of the countryside , you find this perfectly run restaurant where everything is sriously played around tradition and making guests feeling welcome. Divided in four rooms , it offers a deep variety of historical dishes , that sort of cooking that you could rmemeber at grandparent's sunday lunch . Amazing wine cellar with deep vintages selections , and with plenty of perfectly matured wine to choose from. Wine here is taken superseriously, Bonus Attentive service, the young lady taking care of us was simply great and smiley , with perfect wine acknowledge. Dishes are all good, someone better someone less, still they provide real flavours and genuine happiness. The only thing that was somehow not perfect , was the time of serving , for us , it was too fast , a sort of slow food served fast , and that is not allowing to appreciate it in the best way . Splendid coffee icecream , lovely night , I will return , the staff is incredibly good.

Less than half hour from the city , trattoria del gallo has a cosy and warm atmosphere that together with the quality of food and cheerful service will deligth you .

I know this restaurant since it existence. it has become too complacent, expensive and posh. one of our chickens was much too dry. the staff was bordering on impolite and in any event looking not very interested and quite annoyed . portions have also decreased. a real disappointment , coupled with prices which are quite stiff
