Chongwah Express - Gadsden

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. They consistently overcharged me and the portions of meat were meager for the price. The dish is advertised as $7.99 for two meats, with an additional $0.25 for spicy sauce on the side, but I felt like I did not get my money's worth. I visited two days in a row and was charged different prices each time without explanation. When I called to address the issue, instead of apologizing, we argued about it. I feel like they have lost a loyal customer due to their dishonest practices. I would caution others to be vigilant about their bill when dining at this restaurant.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent! You get a generous portion for a reasonable price. My family has been dining here for years and we always have a great experience.

I cannot provide an evaluation as I did not order anything. Without a website, menu, or photos, I am not interested.

The food is always great. We drive a good bit of distance just to eat here when we want Chinese food. Customer service is always great. Well worth it.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Their food is very greasy and oily. So oily that it made me sick. And their prices I don't think should be that high for something so nasty. On another note I watched one of the ladies scratch her face and she wasn't wearing any gloves and then she touched my food. That's disgusting.
